Can I return an item I've purchased?
We do not accept returns for digital patterns. If a problem arises where you feel there is a problem with the chart , please contact us about the situation, within three (3) days (by email) of receipt of your item(s) and give a very detailed description of the problem.
We do not refund for digital pattern purchases that are made for someone else as a gift or for any other reason, then they don't like or want the item. That would be a cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.Upon our receipt of your email, we will try to correct the problem. We do not or cannot correct problems that arise out of claims of the pattern is not the right size or for anything that is deemed subjective.
We make every effort to describe in detail what the pattern is.
Purchase of digital products are not refundable.
